First of all - Thanks for making this great module.

SugarCrm 6.5 CE, callinize community 3.6.9.zip

Is relate to Lead supported in this version? if not, How can I make it work.

Relate to lead is only offered in the Professional version. I encourage
you to checkout www.callinize.com, it's actually a completely different
product / codebase and it's got a number of other enhancements including
analytics, works in any tab (not just sugar), ability to create follow up
tasks, and a much easier installation process.
