when i call from 4 digits extension id inbound call popup is not working with in the sugarcrm and integrating sugarcrm with asterisk using yaai module

when i call from 4 digits extension id inbound call popup is not working with in the sugarcrm. But when i call from 5 digits extension id inbound call popup is working fine.

Please help me to will work inbound call popup minimum 3 digits and morethan 3 digits extension id
