Session management and sharing

Placeholder discussion for session sharing and management (editing a session, finding a former session). Does not include session state management (i.e. multiple goose sessions at once, each with their own state... UI tabs, etc).

I think listing and restarting sessions would be really nice. I was using the Desktop app and then wanted to refer to a previous session that i had closed by accident. I was sad to discover I couldn't.

Does the desktop app share the same session folder as the CLI?

Maybe just a nice UI layer over that directory would go a long way?
