Does this happen consistently or do you have a workflow that consistently reproduces this? I've seen this happen before on MacOS but haven't figured out the right steps to reproduce it

I had a similar issue encountering and as explained on the docs CTRL + C or writing exit did not work. I waited for around 10 minutes where I had to altogether close my WSL window and open a new one.

I see this on macos occasionally - I have to kill the goose processes, not able to reproduce it, but happens once a day.

Also have seen this - we'll try to track this down but have not yet been able to find the problem consistently
