Describe the bug/描述 bug

When attempting silent installation or uninstallation of applications (observed with both official installers and third-party installers), the system interface freezes and becomes unresponsive. A forced restart is required to recover, but after rebooting:
The application is either not installed
Or crashes upon launch
Note: Direct installation via third-party installers works normally without freezing.After testing, this bug is confirmed to be unrelated to cherish_peekaboo.

Reproduce method/复现方法

Kernel Version:  4.9.186-perf+ 

Patch Tool: Apatch versions  11039  or  11041 

Trigger Condition: Installation  or uninstallation of any application post-patch.

Failure Timing: Screen freezes occur consistently 1–3 seconds after installation starts.

Expected behavior/预期行为

Normal installation or uninstallation of applications without any anomalies.

Actual behaviour /实际行为

Actually, my screen will freeze and fail to respond to any of my actions, and currently the only solution is to restart the system.

Additional context/其他信息

The bug did not appear in version 10763, but it emerged after updating to version 11039. Testing has shown that it is unrelated to cherish_peekaboo.
