Advanced Task Configuration

Is your request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some tasks require advanced configuration, in particular, the Run Custom Task with setting an Image Secret Reference or security constraints on how the container is run such as no network access.

Normal tasks could also use a way to define output properties such as with HTTP Call task where you could define output properties based on a JSONPath

Describe the solution you'd like
The task configuration modals as part of the editor have tabs, one for configure (or inputs) and one for Advanced where you can do additional parts of the configuration

Describe the benefits or justification for this request
This will allow more advanced use cases and control for the end user.
