Is your request related to a problem? Please describe.
Ability for secrets to be created / defined at the Team level, these secrets then get attached, i.e. registry secret, to every container.

Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to specify image registry secrets at a team level that get created and the kubernetes level.

Describe the benefits or justification for this request
Would allow tasks to have specific image registry secrets
