Is your request related to a problem? Please describe.
To expand on the initial adoption / onboarding experience the getting started needs to be a more intuitive helpful center for guiding through a starting scenario

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Replacement of the getting started banner with a dedicated getting started page that can be accessed anytime from the menu

• Feature overview
• Suggests the Documentation or Slack
• Show 6-8 templates that they can get started with.
• Have a button to change it from the main page (like the old IBM Cloud Private did)

2. Utilizing a simple 1,2,3 step paradigm and providing end users with the piece of mind and simple starting point.
3. Adds the ability for the user to determine which screen is the default
4. Adds the ability for the user to access templates (same as those in the menu on the workflows screen)
