Workflow Status (Draft vs Published)

Since inception, workflows were always meant to have a status for draft vs published states with execution or triggering only using the published state

Active and Inactive or Published vs Unpublished Workflows. In Inactive or unpublished state it can’t be triggered.

Describe the benefits or justification for this request
Greater control of the official version, vs the versions that you are still working on
