Describe the bug
When scheduler is active create schedule is adding it disabled and they are ran.

To Reproduce

  • Scheduler from Configure must be active
  • Click Create a Schedule
  • Select any values and click Create
  • Check the new schedule

The schedule is added disabled and it is ran even though it is disabled.
Example below is Run Once.

Expected behavior
The schedule should be added active.
