[Request]: Allow a way to install the Windows Media Feature Pack into Bottles

Tell us the problem or your need

Windows Media Feature Pack is required to launch certain games like Black Ops III. At the moment, it isn't available through the "Dependencies" tab under Bottles.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if we can have this available as a downloadable dependency.

Other solutions?

I could also be an idiot and am not aware of how to install .msu files into Bottles or maybe one of the current dependencies already does this.
