[Bug]: Unresponsive Bottles if I try to resize the window or try to open the (broken) global settings

Describe the bug

If I try to resize Bottles window size it freezes and gets unresponsive, needs to be killed via task manager. Same thing happens if I try to open the global settings window. It's not just completely broken, it also makes Bottles unresponsive too.

To Reproduce

1. Open Bottles
2. Try to resize the window OR open global settings

I implemented a video which demonstrates the bug. I try to click around if it happens with no luck / effect. I can only close it by guessing it's close button. Bottles stays unresponsive after closing the broken settings page until it's killed via task manager. It also 'allows' me to 'draw' on it with other open windows.

Additional context

The freeze happens with the error message (see Troubleshooting Logs): "(bottles:2): Gsk-WARNING **: 22:01:16.414: vkQueueSubmit(): The logical or physical device has been lost. (VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST) (-4)"

Edit: It should be mentioned that I switched from GNOME to KDE Plasma recently. This problem never happened on GNOME.

Same issue here, clicking the 3 dots menu freezes the app.
