FEATURE REQUEST: Query Variant data via CLI/API

Hey,

your portal and the API looks really promising and will be useful for a lot of scientists.

Unfortunately, I seems that it is not possible to query the variant data at the moment. It would be great to also include the remaining data in the API/CLI calls to get a harmonized dataset.
