Hello, there is a actually a recipe for gatk at brewsci/homebrewbio. We don't control that repo so it's sometimes a bit out of date but I try to keep it generally working. It looks like it's updated to 4.6.0.0 but not yet 4.6.1.0 so it's a slightly behind. I'll see if I can push and update soon.

Be aware that it doesn't install the python tools, if you want that you should use our docker image.

THanks. I tried to install from GitHub but I had a problem with python call. It call python instead of python3 in macOS here : #9074
