Config Options for the Webinterface

There are some things where finding a solution that fits all users needs is impossible. I think we should add a config that allows change the defaults for this.

Play/Pause-Key

Currently transcribee starts/stops playback when the Tab key is pressed. This breaks navigating the page using the tab key, which is both annoying and an accessiblity issue. I propose to add a config option to choose a different key and to fully disable the feature

Switch Buttons Between Icons and Text

I see a conflict between our wish to create an intuitive and a beautiful user interface when it comes to buttons. Currently we use a lot of icon-only buttons, for example on the documents view top navbar

While this make the interface look very clean, it hides some functionality. Especially with important features (like the WebVTT export), I think we should allow users to choose whether they want icons are buttons with a description. What do you think?

Show Confidence

Showing the text confidence using the text color adds visual noise. An option to disable this would be nice
