NL-SfB 2005 dictionary stays green after swiching building element

After first connecting your geometry with a building element from the dictionary it is possible you later switch. If one of the connected dictionaries (for example NL-SfB 2005) is avialable in the first building element, but not in the second, the vallidation stays green.
