not compatible with python 3.12?

hey guys, i cant understand why i cant approach the library even though i've downloaded it , also tried installing it manually, but it's just don't work .
i cant figure out why, it says there's no ta library.
makes me think whether it's my fault or just not working with the newest version of python.

Can you provide a screen shot of the error message you are receiving? I just install python3.12 and ta everything works for me. IDK??
