My suggestion is about incorporating the built in Promotion system that the STEEM blockchain has functionality for into busy.org. Users can burn SBD to promote their own blogs or other's blogs. The underlying code to distinguish these posts already exists and creating a way to identify and distinguish them on busy.org and also the ability to promote a post from the busy.org front end should be implemented.
Upon further investigation I've discovered that the address https://busy.org/promoted will give me a sorted lists of posts that have paid for promotion, but there is no way to no this from looking at the site. Average users would have to get lucky and type in the correct extension to find this. This is something that could be easily fixed by simply adding a Promoted button to the toolbar on the left of the busy.org feed.
Proposal Description
My proposal is to add the ability to promote a post from the busy.org front end by transferring a certain amount of SBD to null. To distinguish these posts we would need to add a Promoted tab to the main tool bar on the busy.org front end and we could also further distinguish these posts to promote use. We could do this by giving the post a colorful outline or glow in the feed.

Benefits
The benefits of adding these features range from quality of life to economic.
It will raise awareness and promote usage of the Promoted feature.
It will allow users an option to make their posts stand out in a way that isn't dependent on bidbots.
The STEEM economy is benefited by burning the debt instrument SBD.
The value of the platform and the entire STEEM ecosystem goes up as we encourage the use of this feature while also increasing the ability and ways that users can promote their own or other's content.
It will help curators find posts that are specifically fitting the Promoted posts criteria.
