MSS315ZF - No AP in setup mode

Hi,
I just bought set of these plugs. Unfortunately, in setup mode, they do not fire up an Acess Point to which I can connect to.
I was able to set them up using the cloud and the Meross app on my android phone (via bluetooth?).
Have you encountered this behavior? Is this specific to this model (ZF) or a new hardware version?

Patient: Meros Smart Wi-Fi Plug Mini (MSS315ZF)
HW version: 9.0.0
FW version: 9.5.33

Some devices are bluetooth setup only. Typically these are Homekit / Matter models, though there were some that are transitional that pair via Bluetooth but still act like the regular devices that paired via AP.

To give the bluetooth devices (or any that are on your network by other means) your own MQTT broker you will need to find its IP on your network and send npx meross setup -g {DEVICE IP} -nowifi --mqtt 'mqtts://{BROKER IP}'
