In the future, it would be cool if the kitchen sink plugin used wrapper-staff-tool-plugin.inc on templates

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=31339 was only added from 23.05.02 onward so it's still probably too soon, but at some point it would be cool to have it be the model for plugins.

It would probably help it to improve as well and see more use.
