A red color of a stat indicates that the value cannot be combined by any combination of wild- and domesticated levels within the given range of the taming effectiveness and / or the imprinting-bonus. A red control marks a possible source of the issue, e.g. if the taming-effectiveness is red, the error maybe can be resolved by enlarging the taming-effectiveness-range.
- wrong input of numbers => double-check the values you typed in
- wrong species selected => choose correct species
- the taming-efficiency-range is too narrow => enlarge the range
- the total levels are incorrect => double-check the levels
- torpor-bug => check if it works if you check "Since Taming no Server-Restart" (this is a bug in the game that causes to display the torpor too high until a restart)
- Imprinting-bug: the game sometimes "forgets" to increase the stat-values after a caring-action. Usually that gets resolved after a server-restart => Try the extraction again the next day (most servers do a restart at night).
- wrong determination of the tamed/wild-status => set the status of the creature manually
- you're on an unofficial server with different multipliers. Ask your admin to give you the numbers and adjust the ones in the Settings
- you're on an unofficial server with a mod that changes the stats of some creatures (e.g. classicFlyers) => for classicFlyers there's already a stat-file included in the release (see json/classicFlyers.json) which you can copy to the same folder as your library and load it via File -> Load additional values.... For other mods you can create this file yourself if you have the according stat-values, for more info see Mod-Values.
- you're playing on a console and the used values.json-file has been updated according to the pc-version, but the console-version hasn't been updated. => download an older version of the tool, but only use the file values.json from it, by copying it to the uptodate tool. If the tool wants to update that file, ignore that, until the console-version is updated as well.
- if all of the above does not help the tool may have a bug => Upload a screenshot of the inventory where you can see the total-level and stat-values with the species-name, the multipliers you've set in the settings and wether you're playing on an official or unofficial server and send me the link. Either here on github in the Issue-section or on reddit.
