When a user clicks on [email protected] from any of the CTAs on calitp.org, we should prefill a message so the sender saves time + Cal-ITP CS team can efficiently route their inquiry.

  • What are options for info we can pass through (page the sender was on, )

Wondering what is best for the body copy and maybe if we guide them to select a bucket (or more) of offerings they'd like to chat about, or leave the body blank for now.
