Add a display precision parameter in IO config

Sometime you wan to display a temperature with only 0.5° or 1° of precision as you don't care about values after the coma. But for the rules it's important to keep the precision. It may be interresting to add an info inside de conf tout round the value display. We might also use the step info for this purpose.
