Support versioning of a process application

Problem you would like to solve

Users should be able to version process applications, as a unit. This is supported in the web modeler through milestones. On core modeling a proper integration shall be considered, and while we don't have milestones (and don't need them, too, we work off a version control system), some support may be desirable:

• Be able to tag all assets of a process application

Alternatives considered

Decide this is a none issue, as versioning is done through the version control system, CI pipeline (i.e. GitHub Actions) or some other mechanism.

We want to carefully consider what versioning means in the context of pro-code.

I don't see that we need milestones, what we may need is unified assignment of a versionTag to resources, and tagging is done through your version control system.
