feature: write a robot test to ensure that JetBrains' tools are interactable #125

Test that JetBrains' IDEs menus can be interacted with. This was first encountered in #2326, #3107, #3024. The test should test the following

Run miral-app with a floating window manager
sudo snap install clion
clion
Open up a clion project
Open up clion's menus on top and click various items in them.
Confirm that clicking different options works properly.
Open up clion's settings menu and confirm that you can drag it to reposition it
Open up the git indicator in the bottom right corner and confirm that you can
interact with the popup
