feature: test that `miral-app` can be quit over VNC #128

Confirm that you can exit miral-app over VNC. This issue was first encountered in#3070. The test:

Run:

miral-app --add-wayland-extensions=zwlr_screencopy_manager_v1:zwlr_virtual_pointer_manager_v1:zwp_virtual_keyboard_manager_v1 --startup-apps=ubuntu-frame-vnc

Run:
```
gvncviewer localhost
```
Send key Ctrl + Alt + Backspace
Confirm that the compositor quit
