In the video you can see

we have upgraded to the C11, and after that, we are getting this issue, also In the Console, I am getting a warning of some font download-related error.

Steps to reproduce

I have added all the package which ever is present in my web app, for recreating because I exactly don't know which causing issues
When ever I do refresh and try to check the console
I can see the same "OTS related" error some font related issues

please help me resolve this.
