[Feature]: Getting Started Page

🚀 The feature and your motivation

The CardanoDevKit Tauri app requires a getting started page that introduces users to the ecosystem's components and libraries, including explanations about the services. This page should provide an overview of the available tools and libraries, such as Aiken, Mesh, Lucid-Evolution, Scalus, etc. along with resources for getting started with each. This could be a static docs page or deployed e.g. nest.js docs page but also a list of tools (e.g. IDE Plugins) libraries.

This feature request is more about to define or brainstrom what we want to implement and to refine this idea in implementable tasks
