Feedback on udx working group page

Thanks for fleshing out Tammy's initial skeleton for a UDX WG page. I wanted to give some feedback for your consideration. Up to you how to respond.

• The first and second sentences of the Purpose seem to be more or less redundant. Can they be merged somehow?
• In the Relationship section, don't feel that you have to call out other WGs if there's no clear relationship. IF and Metrics were setup with the explicit intent that they collaborate. That's probably not going to be common.
• OTOH, it might be worth talking about your (planned? actual?) relationship with the US-RSE UX WG. Even though it isn't CASS, I think it would be reasonable to discuss here if, for example, you plan for the CASS and US-RSE groups to have joint meetings or such.
• If you don't want to talk about the US-RSE UX WG in the Relationship section of the Charter, then consider explaining it in the body. If you do that, it would probably make sense to move the US-RSE links from the Additional resources section down to the body. Of course you have to format them yourself, in regular markdown. But that's not hard. In fact, that might be a more natural way to mention the Links and Resources and Ways to Get Inolved links.
• In my Slack client, your Ways to Get Involved link jumps straight to the section of the canvas but the Links and Resources link goes to the top of the canvas. I notice that the two URLs have somewhat different structures in the last component. I assume that one is to the canvas, while the other is the Slack equivalent of an HTML anchor.
