Hi Violet! This is a great question! You are in the right place if you want to look into the raw FERC Form 1 data. It does look like there are 19 tables that didn't start being reported until after 1994. All of them seem have started being published in the 2002-2009 range (see below for the list of tables).

FERC changed their data format in 2021. So If you want to see anything from 2021 (and on once they report additional years) you'll have to look at: https://data.catalyst.coop/ferc1_xbrl. But fair warning, it is a very different format/structure.
