should not be full path, e.g.:

PCDP - final submission, 2013-Dec-18/PCDP/annexes/PCDP annexes, 18 Dec 2013.pdf

file name is file name:

PCDP annexes, 18 Dec 2013.pdf

path stored

path data captured as 'tags'
