Already Mavenized and 2.8 is not that different from 2.9

Upgraded to cdk-2.9 without any build problems, see link.

JMolecularErnergy is updated and uses cdk-2.10. Pull request and merge were accepted, (RamiManaf/JMolecularEnergy#5)!
