If you are interested in updating and maintaining it, send me a message. In the meantime I recommend itemrack for SoD, though it also appears to be poorly maintained right now, but it is functional.

If I do future outfitter addon related work, it'll be a total rewrite.

There's a branch that I've tried to consolidate to work in all versions. I haven't dug into SoD, so I know there are issues with the character frame button position.
