How about implementing nvidia reflex technology in optiscaler?
When nukem mod is used, this technology works and the lag is much less, it's more comfortable to play!

With FakeNvapi you should be able to use AL2 or LFX. You can follow this one

I tried what you wrote about but I didn't notice any difference compared to nvidia's reflex, it would be better if you add an option to enable reflex for rtx cards.

Reflex injection into games that don't support it out of the box is loosely on my radar.
If a game supports reflex then you should be able to use it with Opti's FG as well, even though there are some potential incompatibilities like async reflex markers not being send.

When I use OptiScaler, Nvidia reflex just doesn't work, even though it's enabled+accelerated in the game settings.
But if I use the mod from nukem, this option is enabled, and it works

Are you referring to using OptiFG in games that don't support dlssg vs using Nukem's dlssg-to-fsr3? If so then this is a known limitation with Reflex currently.
