How to set ForceCode up to force a diff view if user deploys older code #421

I've tried ForceCode in VS Code in order to do the following:

check out the diff option (works)
see if it is possible, when a user attempts a deploy to the org, to have the pluging detect newer code (from another user), and FORCE the local user to go through a diff view

Tweaks of the configuration have not yet enabled 2). Is this possible, and what are the steps required?
