Story

Description

The color of midpointTickValues is lighter than lowerTickValues despite the documentation stating otherwise. As an engineer, I would like to investigate this behavior.

Motivation

So that the cause of the issue can be determined.

Definition of Done

We'll know we're done when either a bug is determined and an issue is logged. Or an alternative solution is be provided given that this is determined to be not a bug.

Concluded that this is an error in the documentation. Correct it in #218
