First, sorry about the email I didn't really think it would be considered an "issue" but, after some more time, I would put it as an issue also...

Secondly, let me tell you that your software helped me a lot to mod/tweak Zelda 2 (even if, sometimes, it doesn't always work)
In turn, I'd like to let you know about this little thing (hex editing) I found. If it can help, the better!
(I'm on the latest "windows compiled" version of your software, by the way, as I don't have the softwares to compile it myself!
Before I forget, thanks for the software!

So, let's begin... First, I've tried your small/large enemy table but some enemies seemed to be still too hard/unaffected...
I found out that the table is actually 8 bytes (as you did) but there are a total of 7 offensive strength levels... You only had the first 2... (Still need to test the entire game again but some sites also state/did an 8 by 7 table).
It starts at upset 1E2BF and end at upset 1E2F6
My game has been a little too tweaked so it might be a little different. But, the sure thing is, it starts with "10 0C 0C 0C 08 04 04 04" and end just before next "FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF"
(And I'm sure that the starting address is already noted in your texts/code!)

Hope this can help, even if just a little, and that you'll continue to support your softwares

(P.S. I tested up to Palace 2 for now, and Hammer Thrower (which usually take 1/4 of my health per hit easy are now hitting way less so it seems to work great!)

(Addon: Another little thing I caught was that Gooma (Palace 5 boss) hp/(probably even other stats like immunity and such) are not linked/pointing to both helmethead&Gooma but only to helmethead (Palace 2)... I did some tests and checking (using a second side view editor) and figured out that Gooma is on another "level" or region, per say... In that editor, too see Gooma (and move it/change it) you need to set Region to East Hyrule/Maze Island). I don't understand everything about the link of World/Region/Scenes and what not, but changing Gomma to another boss (Horsehead in this case (it's the only boss available with the other editor at that "World/Region" point)) works fine! (Except for the gfx/animation but I can live with that!). The other editor is only a side view editor however, no stats editing... Of course, this is just for the US cartridge since FDS doesn't have Gooma!)
