Lossy Image Properties / File Size input

Motivation

I need to upscale thousands of JPG images of various sizes and compression levels.
I would like to be able to select the upscale model and some other processing steps depending on the input lossy (jpg) compression level and/or file size (if JPG compression level cant be easily done, i can work it out roughly using file size and image dimensions).

Description

A new node that takes an image file name, and supplies image properties like files size, compression level, and maybe some other various image/file info.

OR

Add this to the existing load image(s) nodes.
