How to install Xapian for PHP 8.2

I'm using Debian GNU/Linux 12 (Stable) server running PHP 8.2

What is the cleanest way to install xapian-php module for full-text search?

Build it yourself, but not as root!

@narcisgarcia you'd have to follow the updated instructions on https://xapian.org/docs/bindings/php/
But I would suggest you don't 😅
The full text search plugin hasn't been maintained in about 5 years and will likely not work well (if at all, although it will not damage your files either). We intend to have a new implementation of Xapian in Chamilo 2.1.
