Hi,
I am trying to create a dendrogram in the Protein Analysis for a strain collection (no replicates, except for the calibration spots). The software gets stuck when I select several samples (the screen turns grey). With 6 samples it usually works fine, and I've already managed once to create a dendrogram for about 40 samples by adding samples stepwise, but often it fails with 20 or less samples already. I could not figure out a maximum number of samples to select, as it seems quite random when the software crashes.
Using the mirror plots, I've chosen the following peak picking settings: Percent Presence: 0, Signal to Noise: 20, Lower mass cutoff: 2000, Upper mass cutoff:15000, ppm tolerance: 1000
Is there any way to create a dendrogram of 50-93 samples?
Thank you!
