描述一下这个bug / Describe the bug

1、该提示连接在收发字符流后边，容易造成混淆
2、该提示如果打开了Hex+字符显示，会提示两遍
3、该提示在软件初始打开使用的什么语言就提示什么语言，中途修改语言对该提示没有作用

复现步骤 / To Reproduce

修改日志打印每最大显示长度限制字节后，进行数据收发测试

预期的行为 / Expected behavior

单独开一行用于这个截断提示
切换显示语言时，该提示变更为对应语言提示
