Added psutil module version 5.4.8 on all platforms except AIX 5.3 and HP-UX.

Debian builds no longer include the readline module, to possibly make them usable on other unsupported platforms.

Alpine Linux 3.6 is no longer supported.

Debian Linux 7 is no longer supported.

Updated scandir to version 1.9.0.

Updated pypiwin32 to pywin32 version 223.

Patched PyCrypto with the Ubuntu 16.04 patches in addition to our AIX patches. Solves CVE-2013-7459 and CVE-2018-6594.

Build PyCryptodome 3.6.6 as PyCryptodomex.

Build libffi on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, as the version of libffi packages available are inconsistent with the version of the libffi-devel packages.

Build zlib on macOS to account for missing headers in 10.14 Mojave.

Build libffi on Solaris 11 to account for issues with multiple libffi libs in 11.4

Build libedit and the readline module on Solaris 11 SPARC again.

Identify Solaris 11 older than 11.4 as solaris-112, following the scheme for older Solaris 10.

On Solaris 11.2, get back to pyOpenSSL 0.13.1, as 0.17.0 is vulnerable, and the patch for it requires a version of cryptography that doesn't run on Solaris 11.2.

Treat Debian as a supported Linux distro instead of generic Linux, including the readline module for Python for a sane REPL.

Bail out when a non-LTS Ubuntu version is detected, as we no longer support generic Linux.

Test for outdated and insecure Python modules with pip and safety.

Alpine Linux 3.7 is now supported.

Amazon Linux 2 is now supported.

Debian Linux 7 and 8 are now supported.

Generic Linux distributions are no longer supported.
