First of all, thanks for this awsome plugin. I really like it

I have setup Obsidian/PodNotes to use my "Documents" Folder as a vault
For Notes, I use "path": "podcast/{{podcast}}/{{title}}.md"
For the podcast themselves, I use "path": "podcast/{{podcast}}/{{title}}"

The notes are created just fine. But no matter if I create the note first and than start the download, or delete the note and just download, the app crashes. This happens even if i enter "A" as file path.
If I simply start playback of the podcast, the podcasts starts to play as expected...
I am using LineageOS 20 (android 13) on a Oneplus 7T.

Can somebody help me to solve this issue?

Facing this same issue. Tested it on Windows PC and found that the error is caused by the titles having special characters like * " / \ | ? < > etc. that cannot be used in file names. Hopefully it will be an easy fix
