[Feature request]: Hotkeys for playback rate adjustment

I would love to have the playback rate adjustable by hotkeys. Often times while listening to podcasts with technical content, I'll need to rewind and listen at a slower pace to pick up a new term or definition, but want to go back to the quick pace (1.8 - 2.5) for the general discussion sections.
