Hello,
I have this error when i run taxonomy_lookup_embeded.pl
DBD::SQLite::db selectrow_arrayref failed: no such table: gi_taxid at ./taxonomy_lookup_embeded.pl
Have you an idea to fix the problem ?
Thanks a lot

This is most probably because NCBI has removed GI numbers from NT database. If you have downloaded NT database after september 2016 you are likely to face this problem.
Please see #26

Hi,
I don't have the old release. I am waiting for the SURPI developers to provide a fix at the earliest.
