Add Documentation and move PDFs to Wiki

Hey. So couple of changes suggested if you're interested:

• Move all the PDFs to the Wiki section as that itself has its own Git version Project and that is the place for Documentation.
• Bring the Android code to the Root Folder of the Project.
• Write a simple README file which gives instructions on how to run the app locally as well as what all dependencies adn libraries are required to be pre installed for compiling and running the app on Instant Debug mode.
