How do I finetune with my own MIDI folder?

I can generate files fine now with the checkpoint 400k provided but I don't understand the instructions on how to finetune for my own MIDI folder instead of NES MIDIs.
Can you help me please?

Hi there, I think you need to

1. Convert your MIDI into the TX1 (Transformer) format, since that's what is used for training/fine-tuning from these checkpoints. See https://github.com/chrisdonahue/LakhNES/blob/master/data/adapt_lakh_to_nes.py
2. Substitute your new TX format data in the training scripts, in lieu of the NES TX data, I'm still on step (1) but this is what I imagine will be the next step: https://github.com/chrisdonahue/LakhNES/blob/master/model/train.py

There are other data prep files and utils that may be necessary, since this project is kind of dormant, best way is to just jump in there and see what breaks. Best to stay on the version of Python & PyTorch he recommends, within a virtualenv
