Where does this value "21.5" come from???

The value with 21.5 is a bug because on the dial I only use .5 or fixed numbers instead of the actual value. I think there was a previous request to have in the center of the dial the value for the target instead of the actual temperature. I will get to configure this at some point to allow to change it from settings.

There is also another issue opened to update the look for the dial ticks to be more like your suggestion.
