Hello,
I have created this .csl file a couple of months ago and it seems to work perfectly fine and has no conflict with the base branch. Nonetheless, I do not hold the write access to merge this pull request to the repository. Can anyone help me here? I am a newcomer on github but making this new citations style available would be helpful - ppl now regularly ask me for it and it would be more convenient to make it easily available (unless some changes are needed).
