Enhancement: Add Logistics division to SBO Employee Log Dashboard

• Tyler S has 3 yard techs using the system and Greg can see the times, but because there’s no logistics page for Tyler to see he's unable to review
• Add 4th division page for the Logistics work groups on the Employee Log Dashboard:

• Created Logistics page and copied settings from the Utilities and Structures Division in the Knack Admin menu. Updated the filters to filter Division contains Logistic.
  
• Created Attendance Records sub page and copied table from Utilities and Structures Division. Updated the filters to filter Division contains Logistic.
• Follow up with @dianamartin to create the rich text large menu button - Created Create rich text large menu button for the Logistics division on SBO employee log dashboard #20442 to address this
